The Bangladesh Business Association in Korea is called BBAK below.

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 (nominal): The plenary is referred to as "the Bangladesh Business Association in Korea." as stated in English
Bangladesh Business Association in Korea, abbreviated as BBAK.

Article 2 (Purpose): The purpose of this meeting is to represent the Korean-American businessmen in Bangladesh (the Business Association and Industry) and to contribute to enhancing the status and economic power of the Korean community through the ties and economic exchanges between Korea and Bangladesh and the two countries.

Article 3 (Headquarters): The plenary session office shall be located in a residential area in South Korea. However, depending on the resolution of the General Assembly or the needs of the incumbent chairman, an office or temporary liaison office may be established in another certain city.

Chapter 2 Member
Article 4 (Qualification): In principle, a person registered as a member of the local Business Association who has joined the plenary session and who meets the requirements of the plenary session shall be a person who has been registered as a member of the plenary session or by a resolution of the board of directors, or a businessman residing in South Korea and Bangladesh.Nor shall a member be denied to any person on the basis of race, creed, gender, religion, or country of origin.

Article 5 (Composition): Full members shall be full members, general members, and honorary members.

1) Full membership: Those registered as members of the regional Business Association and industry in Korea, BBAK board members, advisers, consultants, former members of each regional Business Association, current chairman and chairman, or businessmen living in South Korea and Bangladesh who have fully paid membership fees deemed necessary for their posts.
a) Obligations: Upon application for full membership, the business license, etc. shall submit the necessary certificates, such as business license, and shall pay the prescribed membership fees in full within ten days, and shall comply with all rules approved by the Board of Directors or the General Assembly. In addition, a full member shall attend (or submit a letter of attorney) at least three times a year to the Board of Directors or the General Assembly.
b) Full members have the right to vote and speak at events or meetings of the BBAK and have priority over economic missions, etc.
c) Any notification required to be delivered to a full member may be made by direct delivery, regular mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, SNS, or any other method prescribed by the General Assembly.
2) General member: A person registered as a member of the local Business Association who has joined the plenary session or a general businessman who has no right to vote and speak at all meetings.
3) Honorary members: An individual, organization, or enterprise that has engaged in projects related to the project or has made a significant contribution to the Council, subject to approval by the General Assembly or the Board of Directors.

Chapter III Organization
[Official Council]
Article 6 (executive): The executive body of the plenary session shall be as follows:
Chairman: 1
Senior Vice President: not more than three persons
Vice-Chairman: not more than 12 persons
Torture; torture;
Senior Advisor: One of the former chairman of BBAK
Torture: The former chairman of BBAK, the former chairman, and the honorary adviser (the post of recommendation) may have up to three persons.
a consultant; Chairman of the Advisory Board: 1
Advisory Council member: the president and a few persons of each business organization.
6) One chairman of the steering committee, one secretary-general, one deputy secretary-general: a few persons, one director-general of the foreign cooperation bureau, and one director of the public information bureau.
7) Audit: 2 persons
8) Finance: 1 person
9) Sub-Committee Chairperson and Vice-Chairman: One Chairperson and one Vice-Chairman shall be appointed.
10) Ten directors.
11) Foreign students, workers' committee, Korean residents' committee, etc.

Article 7 (Selection of Executives): The methods of appointment of executive members of the plenary session are as follows.

1) A person who wins more than a majority of votes through secret voting at a regular general meeting shall become the chairman.
2) The honorary chairman shall be appointed with the approval of the board of directors by recommending a person who is respected as a businessman of the Korean-American community in Korea and Bangladesh or who has made a great contribution to the development of the BBAK in the Republic of Korea and Bangladesh. In the absence of an honorary chairman, one of the BBAK's predecessor is appointed.
3) Senior Vice-Chairman, Regional Council President, and Vice-Chairman are recommended by the Chairman and approved by the Board of Directors.
4) The Secretary-General shall be recommended by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Assembly.
5) Auditors are recommended by the board of directors and approved by the General Assembly.
6) The advisors and advisors shall be appointed by the Chairman from among the highly respected and virtuous members of the plenary session, former incumbent chairmen of each chapter, former presidents of the Republic of Korea and Bangladesh, and directors, and shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
7) The chairperson may establish subcommittees for the efficient performance of duties at the plenary session, and the chairperson of each subcommittee shall be appointed by the chairperson and a separate division of duties shall be determined. However, paid employees may be assigned as necessary.
8) Qualification of executive officers shall be limited to those who have the right to vote in the election of the new chairman. Exceptions are made to honorary chairmen, advisors, and advisers that will be brought in for the development of BBAK, among businessmen who were not involved in BBAK.)
9) If deemed necessary, a standing committee may be established with the principal chapter chairman as a member.
10) The executive shall pay the dues suitable for the position in full within 30 days and shall be deemed to give up the position after this period.

Article 8 (Employee's Duty): The duties of the members of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:

1) Advisors and advisors may attend various meetings and speak at the request of the plenary session.
2) The honorary chairman represents the plenary session only on matters delegated by the chairman for the plenary session.
3) The chairperson represents the plenary session, becomes the chairperson of the general meeting, and acts on behalf of the plenary session.
4) Senior vice-presidents and vice-chairmen assist the chairman and shall perform their duties in the order of senior vice-chairmen among the senior vice-chairmen in the case of the chairman's death.
5) The Secretary-General shall assist the Chairman, prepare minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, notify them in an official document within 15 days, and preserve them permanently.
6) The Deputy Secretary-General shall assist the Chairman and the Secretary-General, prepare various minutes, and preserve them permanently.
7) The Director-General of the Public Affairs Bureau shall assist the Chairman and prepare and distribute press releases to the press organizations on the main activities of various meetings, such as the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and other meetings.
8) Finance performs financial affairs related to the Board.
9) Audits shall be conducted at least once a year throughout the accounting and operation of the plenary session, and shall be reported to the General Assembly after obtaining approval from the board of directors.
10) The chairperson of each subcommittee shall assist the chairperson and faithfully perform the duties assigned to him/her as the head of the subcommittee.
11) Each committee chairman is responsible for helping the chairman by dividing it into sectors of South Korea and Bangladesh.

Article 9 (Employment of Executives): The term of office of an executive member of the plenary session shall be as follows:

1) The term of office of the chairman shall be two years, and he may be reappointed only once.
2) The term of office of honorary chairman shall be two years.
3) Executives may be reappointed.
4) The term of office of the elected executive shall be the remaining term of his/her predecessor.
5) Even after the executive's term of office is completed, he/she shall continue to perform his/her duties faithfully until his/her successor is elected.

Article 10 (Composition of the Board of Directors): The composition of the board of directors, the voting body of the plenary session, is

1) Chairman: 1 person
2) One senior vice president. Vice-Chairman: not more than 12 persons
3) General directors and directors in each field
a) Chairman of each committee;
b) a person appointed by the Chairman for the development of the plenary session from among businessmen;

Article 11 (Selection of Directors): The methods of appointment of directors at the plenary session are as follows.

1) The chairperson shall represent the composition of the board of directors.
2) The Senior Vice-President and Vice-Chairman shall be approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Chairman.
3) General directors and directors in each field are recommended by the Business Association and appointed by the Chairman.
4) The former and incumbent chairmen shall be ex officio directors in order to participate in the continuous development of the plenary session, including the Vice-Chairmen and the Secretary-General of BBAK, and the Sub-Chairmen, the Vice-Chairmen and the Steering Committee Chairman. (However, only those who have fully paid their BBAK membership fees shall be eligible for directorship.)
5) Directors appointed by the Chairman for the development of the plenary session from among businessmen from all walks of life.
6) All directors shall remain qualified as executives and directors in the next term only if they have paid their dues in full within the session.
7) If a new chapter is established before the annual general meeting, only directors and full members of the Business Association, which is more than one day old, are allowed to participate in the election of the next chairman.

Article 12 (Mission of Directors): The duties of the Director of the Board are as follows.

1) The Chairperson represents the Board of Directors and coordinates and oversees all the affairs of the Board of Directors.
2) Senior vice-chairmen and vice-chairmen assist the chairman and act on behalf of the chairman in the order of senior vice-chairmen among the senior vice-chairmen.
3) The secretary general is an automatic director who prepares and preserves minutes of the board of directors.
4) Directors may express their opinions on the overall operation of the plenary session at the Board of Directors and deliberate and decide on the submitted agenda.

Article 13 (Board): The Board of Directors shall be held at least four times a year, and the Chairman shall convene within 30 days upon request of the Chairman or the Chairman, or at the request of a majority of the directors.

Article 14 (Decision of the Board of Directors): The Board of Directors shall deliberate and resolve on the following matters:

1) Reviewing the budget and reporting the settlement of accounts
2) Approving a project plan
3) Enactment of various regulations necessary for the plenary session
4) Approval of key personnel such as honorary chairman, chairman, senior vice-chairman, senior vice-chairman, director, chairman, vice-chairman, adviser, consultant, etc.
5) Handling matters delegated to the Board of Directors
6) By-election: The term of office of the elected person shall be the remaining term of office of his/her predecessor when the chairman, chairman or auditor is lost. (However, no repairs shall be made if the remaining term of office is less than 60 days).)
7) Decision on reward and punishment
8) Reviewing and deciding on other important matters concerning overall operation

Article 15 (How to vote): The holding and resolution of the board of directors shall be made with the attendance of at least one-third of the total directors (including the delegation) and with the consent of a majority of the members present. (However, if it is a tie, the Chairman shall have the right to decide.)

[General Meeting]
Article 16 (Classification of General Assembly): The General Assembly shall be divided into regular and extraordinary general meetings and shall be convened by the Chairman as the Chairman.

1) Regular general meeting shall be held at least once a year, and the chairman shall be elected at the previous meeting on the last day of the expiration of his/her term of office and held a transfer/admission ceremony. The Chairperson shall notify the members by official letter 30 days before the general meeting.
2) An extraordinary general meeting shall be convened by the Chairperson in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors.

Article 17 (Resolution of the General Assembly): The General Assembly shall decide on the following matters.
